What is the minimum
commitment from the Fund?

The minimum loan pool size on a monthly basis varies, but most buyers are looking to buy in volume of $2mm+ per month.

Target loan pool return 11.5%
into the buyers pool

The target return is 11.5% and this can be adjusted higher or lower depending on the underlying risks of the loan....ie lower LTV v higher LTV.

We purchase across the US

We have flexibility on the guidelines with the only exceptions being borrower must be a US citizen, no manufactured housing, and the property cannot have any retail component (ie retail on ground floor)
